Radiance
Communications Pte Ltd was established on 18 June 1999, as a
joint venture between two leading telecommunications players in
Singapore - Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation (Keppel
T&T) and Singapore Telecommunications. With this unification,
both leaders of their respective fields consolidated their enterprise
telephony businesses with a single-minded objective - to deliver
the best service to our customers.
Inheriting a multitude of resources and expertise from its heritage,
Radiance has developed its own skill sets and capabilities in meeting
a wide range of customers' needs in voice and converged technologies.
Today, Radiance is one of the voice market leaders in providing
seamless operation support for the private automatic branch
exchange (PABX) and IP Telephony solutions and services, from
Fortune 500 companies to statutory boards, government ministries
and enterprises of all sizes.
With over 1,000 enterprise customers in Singapore and the region,
our laurels include 5,000 seats in contact centre and enterprise
services such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), CTI and
IVR integration; voice and unified messaging solutions; customised
IP telephony applications; and mobility and wireless solutions.
Over the years, Radiance has been working closely with our
strategic partners such as Avaya, Nortel Networks, Cisco Systems,
Ericsson and many other leading solutions provider to deliver
cutting edge technology solutions to our customers in a cost
effective manner.
